My name is Samantha Ann Kallas and I own and operate SAK Photography. From that I'm sure you can see where SAK came from.

Since my senior year in college I have loved the art of photography. Mainly nature and landscape photography. There's something about capturing our natural environment in its element and seeing it in a frame.

Recently I've expanded my photographic hobby to portraits. This has challenged my abilities and provided me the opportunity to grow and expand. I love capturing people in their natural state. I'm not a posing type photographer, though I do have studio equipment.

Living in Alaska provides me the good fortune of capturing the beauty of the landscape and now putting people into that landscape.

Basic Portrait Pricing

The number of members in the photos is not limited. However, the limit for indoor studio pictures is 4. All others will be outside. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact for more information.

Session fee: $25 (1-2 hours; no pose limit; no member limit)
$35 (outside the Palmer/Wasilla area)

Portrait Print fees:

4 wallets -- $5
4x6 -- $8.50
5x7 -- $12.50
8x10 -- $17.50
11x14 -- $28
16x20 -- $43

Enhanced photo CD w/copyright release -- $125

Custom collage -- $60 (8x10 print)
